A fiberglass pool can be swim-ready in as few as 2 to 4 weeks from excavation. Shapes and sizes are determined by manufacturer offerings, so customization is more limited than concrete, but the range of available styles covers most homeowners’ needs well. In 2024, we completed a fiberglass pool installation in Holmdel that included a full stamped concrete patio.

Concrete Inground Pool Construction

Concrete inground pools are the most durable and customizable option. A rebar framework supports a concrete shell that can take nearly any freeform or geometric shape, with interior finishes ranging from plaster, pebble, and quartz to glass bead, plus tile along the perimeter. After the interior finish is applied, a startup phase of 28 days is required before the pool is ready for use. For vinyl-lined pools, the liner is fitted into the wall panel system. Vinyl liner pools typically go from excavation to swim-ready in about 30 days.

Fill & Balance

We fill the pool and balance chemical levels to get the water ready for use. For concrete pools, this follows the 28-day startup phase after the interior finish is applied.
