We were pool illiterate! We called Garner at ASP Pools in Knoxville, Tennessee and he drove all the way to Sweetwater to open our pool. The liner had come off the track in several and we had to drain the pool, so Garner ended up having to make 2 trips. He took the time to teach us the basics of pool care and he answered all of our questions. We have had to call him several times (and I mean several) for information and he has been extremely patient with us. He is very knowledgeable and I would trust him to service my pool whether we were home or away. I could not be more happy with the service him and his business has provided us.
