Started with a service call for an issue created by another contractor (not pool related). I was extremely please with responsiveness and repair so I decided to have them come out for bi-weekly service. Today was day 1 and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. Professional and informative (got a email report of everything they tested and did within a couple of hours of completion). If you’re looking for pool service you’ll be pleased with ASP! Ashley has done great, I have a pool that has it on mind and likes to cause problems, but Ashley works and finds the problem's. As a pool owner for 9 years, I can highly recommend ASP Pools. The knowledgeable and caring staff at ASP took on the challenge of my “problem pool” four months ago. Highly recommend ASP. My pool always looks great and they are on top of servicing issues as they arise. Recently, my pool pump went out. The technician was at my house the afternoon I called about the issue. They assessed the problem, got me quotes the next morning and had the pump repaired within 48 hours. Top-notch service company!

I have Pentair pumps and valves in my pool. When I had a problem with the actuator valve I contacted ASP because the company that installed the pool was not reliable. I went by their location in Columbus, Ga. and spoke with staff there. They told me they would be out to repair the valve within two weeks. They actually got to me quicker than that. Scotty the serviceman came out and quickly repaired my problem by replacing the defective actuator. He was very dedicated to making sure it worked right and that the cams were aligned perfectly as it turned. He completed the wiring in the Easy Touch panel and it worked perfectly. The next morning it wasn’t coming on exactly right so I called Scotty. He quickly returned my call and after I told him what it was doing he told me to switch the toggle the other direction. I went out and did that and now is working perfectly. Scotty is well versed with pools and very knowledgeable with the Pentair systems. Gordy called about a mix up of our appointment time but got him out to us quickly. We are pleased to know that ASP is dedicated to service and because of our great first experience they will be our first choice for pool service or repair. We highly recommend them to anyone needing pool work. Special thanks to Scotty for his help.

Playing on the golf course today and get a call that there is an issue with my pump. I knew it was coming because the motor sounded horrible. By the time I got home, I had a new pump. I would like to take this opportunity to compliment one of your pool liner installers. Tim and his partner installed our new liner last Thursday and I was extremely impressed with this young man. Tim was meticulous in performing the necessary repairs for the liner installation, was very professional in his manner and very patient with me and the many questions I posed to him. You are fortunate to have such a fine young man that takes pride in his work and truly cares that a job is done correctly. This just reinforced our decision for ASP to replace our liner.
