Our maintenance technicians are Certified Pool Operators and specialize in all facets of swimming pool maintenance such as water quality, chemistry, pool cleaning, DHEC requirements, chemical feeders, salt systems, and automation systems. We provide monthly flat rate pricing (chemicals included) for weekly residential cleaning to daily commercial cleanings. No contract required!

Commercial Swimming Pool Maintenance

Weekly to daily servicing, customized to fit your needs
ASP completes a pre-inspection with DEHEC prior to season opening to ensure all requirements all satisfied.
Chemical monitoring and adjustment
Monitor chemical feeders, automation, and controls
Monitor salt sanitation systems
Monitor safety controls
Monitor filter pressures, flow rates, and backwashing
Confirm all pool equipment is operational and notifying client of issues identified.
Empty skimmers
Empty pump lint baskets
Skim water surface
Vacuum pool and/or spa
Brush waterline tile and pool surface
Blow off pool deck
Ensure DEHEC codes are satisfied each visit
Document log book each visit
Chemicals included (Except: Algaecides, Flocculants, Clarifiers, and Sequestering Agents)

Residential Swimming Pool Maintenance Agreements in the Aiken Area

Back wash/recharge filter – Cartridge filter cleaning is an additional cost and should be done about every three months of operation.
