Jake and Aaron's story starts where so many great friendships do — at their kids' kindergarten open house. It was the summer of 2018 when the Dippold and Maier families ran into each other at Zion's open house. Though Aaron, Jessi, and Amy had all grown up together in southeast Missouri, they'd lost touch after high school.
That chance meeting rekindled the connection. Jake, who was working full-time in mortgage and real estate at the time, helped Aaron's family move from Maplewood to St. Charles. Through their wives and kids, the two stayed connected and built a genuine friendship.
When the post-COVID real estate market shifted and Jake's bank closed its home loan division, the two saw an opportunity. They partnered with America's Swimming Pool Company and launched in the St. Louis market — bringing the same work ethic and community commitment they put into everything else.
