Pool Maintenance Plans in Chattanooga
CPO-Certified Pool Care, No Contracts, & a Free Month on Every 12-Month Plan
Chattanooga’s long, hot summers make consistent pool maintenance more than a convenience. Algae takes hold quickly in warm, humid conditions, and water chemistry that drifts out of balance can create problems that are far more expensive to address than routine service. Our maintenance plans are designed for Chattanooga pool owners who want to spend their time in the water, not managing it.
Our technicians are CPO certified, trained to maintain both residential and commercial pools to health code standards. There are no contracts required, and complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Commit to a 12-month plan and you’ll get one free month of maintenance included. We service more than 80 million gallons of water each week nationally, and every plan is tailored to your lifestyle and budget.

What Every Pool Service Visit Includes
Every visit covers the full range of tasks your pool needs to stay clean, balanced, and ready to use. After each visit, you receive a detailed report showing your technician’s arrival time, the services performed, the chemicals added, and a photo of your pool so you can see exactly what was done.
Per-visit services include:
- Removal of all debris
- Brushing pool walls as needed
- Cleaning all skimmer baskets
- Cleaning tiles as needed
- Cleaning the floor and servicing the pool sweep

We use industrial-strength pool chemicals and materials on every visit. Phosphates and metal buildup are addressed on a regular basis. Checking & Balancing Water Chemistry
Proper water chemistry is the foundation of a healthy, safe pool. Our technicians are trained to evaluate chlorine, cyanuric acid, alkalinity, pH, and calcium hardness levels on every visit. After testing, they determine which chemicals to add to support balanced water for that week’s conditions. Keeping these parameters in range supports swimmer comfort, protects your pool’s finish and pool equipment, and helps the water look clear.
pH
pH measures how acidic or basic your pool water is on a scale from 0 to 14, with 7 being neutral. The ideal range for pool water is 7.4 to 7.6. When pH drops below 7.4, the water becomes acidic and can corrode pool surfaces and equipment as it seeks balance, which can lead to serious pool damage. When pH climbs above 7.6, the water becomes over-saturated and can deposit minerals back into the pool system, causing scale and buildup.
Total Alkalinity
Total alkalinity measures the alkaline materials in your pool water and acts as a buffer that stabilizes pH. When alkalinity is too low, pH can swing rapidly and unpredictably. When it’s too high, the water can turn cloudy. Keeping alkalinity balanced is what allows everything else in the water to stay in check.
Calcium Hardness
Calcium hardness measures how much calcium is dissolved in your pool water. When levels are too low, the water can pull calcium from pool tiles and plaster to compensate, causing surface damage over time. When levels are too high, the result can be cloudy water and scale buildup. Like pH and alkalinity, calcium hardness needs to stay within range to protect your pool and help keep the water clear.
Cleaning the Pool
On each visit, your technician removes debris, sweeps the surface, and scrubs the tile to clear away algae and grime. Larger material is pulled out using a LeafMaster tool. Regular physical cleaning helps keep algae from taking hold on pool surfaces and supports the long-term condition of your pool finish.
Proper Filtration & Water Flow
Your pool’s pump and filter system is what keeps chemically balanced water circulating through every part of the pool. Without adequate flow, algae can develop quickly, and corrosion and calcium buildup can follow. On each visit, your technician inspects all pipes and valves to confirm the filtration system is operating properly and water is moving through the system the way it should.
Salt Water System Maintenance
Our maintenance plans support pools using either a standard chlorine system or a salt chlorine generator system. Salt water systems convert salt to chlorine continuously while the pump runs, then convert it back to salt again. This process can produce more consistent chlorine levels than manual dosing and is generally gentler on skin, eyes, and hair. Whatever system your pool uses, our technicians are trained to maintain it correctly.
