So, we developed PoolOps, a weekly update that tells you everything you need to know about your service. Each week, your PoolOps report will provide information such as what time we were at your home, what services we performed, and what products we added to your pool. PoolOps will even have an updated photo of your pool, so you don’t even need to go outside to see our sparkling-clear results!

We use a flat-rate pricing system, so you’ll always know how much your bill should be. If your pool needs additional maintenance, we’ll explain why it’s needed and obtain your approval before doing it. Finally, we never require customers to sign a contract because we believe in getting loyal customers through our work.
