Lee Catoe has been attending to our pool for a couple years. The home is on the vacation rental program and we are very grateful to him for documenting the condition of our pool enclosure screen, and damaged hot tub cover holder, so that the damage done was charged to the vacationer due to abuse, and not us. It's great to know that Lee is looking out for us! After a vacationer made a false claim about the pool not being cleaned, we had the proof the pool had been cleaned twice with photos. Lee sends us pool, and hot tub pictures every service! Lee is a hard working, very dedicated technician! Rose in the office is quick to handle any concerns and is always so friendly!
