I hired ASP after a leak detection company told me my tile needed re-grouting which caused my water loss. Due to excessive rainfall, ASP postponed my job a week so I was a bit disappointed, however, when they did show up they went straight to work with no breaks on a very hot Sunday afternoon. I refilled my pool and waited. To my dismay, my pool still leaked. I called Nick who urged me to get a second leak detection test and they would stand behind their work. I then hired a different leak detection company who immediately discovered a broken underground pipe! It’s comforting to know ASP wasn’t to blame but they didn’t just blow me off.

I am so thankful to have ASP maintaining my swimming pool and spa. I finally found a company that listens when you share your concerns with them. Mr. Carver and his pool techs are very professional and courteous. Mr Carver himself has made service calls on a couple of my concerns and I appreciate that very much. Mr. Carver is very easy to contact and he will respond to any concerns you may have about your pool. Without any reservations, I highly recommend you contact ASP and have them show you how the plan to maintain your pool.
