"Very reliable. Actually came the day they said they were coming."

I submitted my service request on their website and they called me the same day to tell me when they could come...and then they actually came. The problem was diagnosed and taken care of in 24 hours. I've never seen pool service like this.

"Money Pit Owner Very Pleased !!"

Long time pool owner and I have switched 3 times from one pool cleaning service to another and I have never been so pleased with the service that was provided this season. Rich and helper did an incredible job with both the cleaning (love the weekly report with pics) and repairs. This year alone we replaced cover, control panel in heater, chlorinator, etc. so as a proud owner of a money pit - I cannot recommend ASP enough !! Look forward to next year !!

"Above and Beyond"

As new pool owners we called ASP with a million questions about why our pool could be having some issues.. it was at the end of a very long and hot work day for them. They said they were near and would be by to take a look.. I have heard this a million times from companies and they never show up. Not only did ASP show up, they showed up when they said they would. They fixed the programming issues and took time to answer every question. They even followed up the next day. Service like this is VERY HARD to find now a days. Very glad I called them!!!!! Professional and knowledgeable.

I was very surprised and pleased with the service of Rich Jutkins. Rich and his partner fixed my furnace fast and helped me with the chemicals in my pool. They were polite and professional. Made me feel confident in there knowledge. They could have told me my furnace was too old to fix but they found a way! When it’s time to get a new furnace I’ll buy it from ASP . I was able to get an appointment the next day. Thanks for being so honest and helpful!!!!!

Rich has made it clear not just by word, but more importantly by action that his #1 priority is to provide top level customer service. Fairly priced, yet prompt and thorough with every service we have had the pleasure to use ASP for. He tracked down the last pump in the valley the day I called desperate to be ready for a holiday weekend and had it installed THE NEXT MORNING. All for no extra charge and even a customer loyalty discount! Don't bother messing around with some of these entitled pool service companies that act like they are doing you a favor and go to ASP, you'll be glad you did.

Rich and his team at ASP turned our ugly old pool hole into a beautiful pool of paradise. The new vinyl liner was perfectly measured and installed on time and on budget. Rich and Korbee attended to every detail to ensure our total satisfaction. RIch stopped by later to drop off and teach us how to use the new testing kit and pool vacuum. If you are looking to update or fix your current vinyl pool, get pool supplies, or need a little pool maintenance training I would call ASP.

I contacted ASP Salt Lake City for my weekly pool cleaning service and they were prompt in setting me up for their service. I met the team upon arrival and it was immediately clear that they were highly qualified and knew all the workings of my Pentair system, control panel, heater, Intellichlor cell, etc. This instilled great confidence as they explained their process, reviewed my requirements, and proceeded to clean the pool. They brushed the pool, vacuumed, cleaned filters, and balanced the chemicals. Even before they departed, I received a detailed report of the findings and treatments in my email. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Rich and his team at ASP.
