Opened pool for the summer – drained water off pool cover, took cover off pool, vacuumed, cleaned pool, cleaned filters, back washed, applied chemicals. Set up routine service plan for weekly pool maintenance. Overall, good experience. Answered call promptly and showed up to appointment on time. Had a bit of trouble pumping off water on top of pool cover so was delayed a few days in completing overall service but the end result was good and I have set up a regular maintenance contract with them to service the pool. Very professional and knowledgeable about the work.

Jeff Monroe cleaned and “opened up” my pool for the summer. He provided information on chemicals so that I could maintain my pool myself. He also offered his services for weekly pool maintenance. My pump was leaking and he explained the process of attempting to fix it, but I decided to just replace it. He bought and installed the new pump the next day. Mr. Monroe is very professional and punctual. I am very pleased with my experience with ASP and Mr. Monroe. I will definitely call him in the future for all of my swimming pool needs.

Jeff Monroe explained to us that he was the owner/operator of ASP in Huntsville, Alabama, and has opened a new branch in Florence, Alabama, where we live. He said he lives in Florence. He came to our home and carefully measured for a new pool liner. In May, he installed a new liner and did a perfect job. He also replaced the sand in our filter. Unfortunately, the liner had a defect in a seam. It looked like a small bleb. Jeff felt that it would smooth out after some hot weather. It did not smooth out after a month of hot weather. We called the liner company (Tara) and they said that there should not have been a seam or a bleb. They offered to extend the warranty and give us $250, or replace the liner at no cost to us, including installation. They said we could wait until the end of summer to decide. We contacted them at the end of the summer and asked that they replace the liner. They did replace the liner and paid Jeff to install it this week. Again, he performed a perfect installation. We are pleased with Jeff’s work and would use him again. We are very pleased with Tara Liner’s response to this issue and feel they provided excellent customer service.

I have an off-brand hot-tub and the parts can be hard to find. He has ordered special parts for me and went above and beyond. I have been using his services for about a year now. He is very responsive and is able to come out pretty quickly due to his open availability. Jeff is a really good guy and charges really reasonable prices.

They come weekly. They do general maintenance. They also fix leaks in my pool and problems with my pump. They have never charged me any additional fees. I’m sure if they had to buy an expensive part they would charge me, but I have not had experience with that. It’s excellent. We have been using them for about 2 years.

ASP provides excellent service! I’ve had them service my pool for 2 seasons now and really love these guys. They also converted my pool to salt which turned out great. Jeff Monroe and team really take pride in their work and do an excellent job. We discussed pool renovation. Jeff brainstormed with me to come up with different ideas. It provided great insight for my plans.

My hot tub is not the typical “above ground spa.” Instead, it is on a mountainous lot with a deck built around it. Jeff arrived at dark thirty due to another project he was working on. I tried to discourage him from working due to it being so dark and dangerous under the deck. He indicated that he’d at least like to take a look and figure out what tools he would need the following day. Within five minutes, he spotted what he thought was the leak. Within an hour, he said it was repaired. Jeff did say that water would continue to drip for a few days. Time will tell, but I gotta believe we just hit a home run. I am a happy guy – Thank You, Jeff!!!
