These guys really came through for me! I am remodeling a house that I purchased and the pool and associated equipment had been terribly neglected. Two other pool companies had failed to progress the effort and I was running out of time. Glen, David, Patrick and Leigh all worked hard to get my pool clean, remodeled, and operating correctly in record time to meet my needs. I was thoroughly impressed and would recommend them to anybody who needs work on their pool.

I found this group friendly and helpful from my first call looking for a quote for a new liner through the final results. In addition to a great job, what I loved the most is they called and showed up when they said they would! Marcie was friendly and worked with me on getting the quote to me while Glen was patient and kind with the questions I had. He provided both sides of the coin so I could make my decisions. He kept me informed about each step. Pool liner looks great! I'm very satisfied and definitely recommend them.

We have a custom designed vanishing edge pool that is 10 years old. The tile on the edge had come loose and was unstable. Glen LaPlante removed the old tile , prepared the surface, and installed new tile. It looks better than it did when it was new.

Patrick & crew do a great job. We’ve had them taking care of our pool for several years now, and only on one instance did the pool ever have issues (likely due to the weather combined with all the pollen from the surrounding trees). Even then they went out of their way to make sure the customer was happy. Specific kudos: – They’ve taken ownership of their work, to include dealing with the mess of a pool system in place when we moved into our house. – Patrick has made sure to address any concerns, and promptly responds to emails. – They make everything easy & as online as possible, bills are sent via email, direct bill pay, and they now even do reports from their visits online presenting a picture of the pool at time of service and specifics on water testing (big deal to me considering my kids). – They’ve handled all opening, maintenance, and closing of our pool now for 3 years. NOTE: When we went looking for a service to handle the pool we simply went by the phone book several years ago. I had no prior dealings with ASP or Patrick and was new to the area

Friendly, Dependable and Professional! We were so pleased with their service. Leigh was on time and it really seems like he knows his stuff. Our ph levels were off which can ruin our spa, and the tester strip we were using did not show this (store bought). He did all the appropriate tests and got the levels right. He also took special care to explain everything so that we can easily maintain it ourselves. He was super patient and showed us all kinds of tips and tricks to make our lives easier. I would highly recommend this company and we plan on using them regularly, from here on out.
