I can not find the words to explain how impressed I am with the service this company offers . I was with pinch a penny for over a year and not knowing the games pool company's play .I learned real quick when I decided to have my pool customized adding a spa and a advance filtration system, that's when I called pinch a penny out to do my start up. Once here they became very aggressive in tearing apart my pool right in front of me and my contractor. Telling me the pumps where wrong, saltwater generator (they sold as the best system out there a year before now was junk ) That's how I meet ASP and Mike Keller. He went above and beyond on my start up and even came back the same day to make sure all equipment was functioning properly. If every small business had the same work ethics' as ASP, smalls business in the US would succeed. I highly recommend this company .Thank again

Michael Keller was very informative explaining why the chlorine was disappearing so quickly during the hot summer months. I learned that using different additives to help stabilize the chlorine is a must during the summer heat. I have been doing it all wrong myself. Glad to have your service ASP!

ASP is the best! We just bought a second home in Cape Coral and Mike was out at our place a few times in our first week there. An actuator was shot so he fixed that, along with a bulb that was out in the spa and a new pool filter. David came and cleaned and treated our pool. Just prior to leaving that week, the chlorinator hose came out and our spa emptied, so I called Mike and he came right over and got things up and running again. Mike is very responsive and knows his stuff! I have confidence that he will take care of things, which means alot since we you aren't at that home all the time. Thanks Mike, David and ASP!
