This is my second time using ASP for a maintenance issue (liner). It just doesn't get any better than Rob! He's personable, respectable and knowledgeable. Not only does he take care of the concern at hand, but he goes the extra mile in assessing your pool as a whole for any possible issues down the road and provides accurate, detailed and timely information so you're not caught off guard. That's almost as valuable as the service you get when he shows up to your service call, and the additional information is free! ASP, you're lucky to have Rob on your team representing your company and NC is lucky to have him in our backyard (and pools!)

Rob is amazing. Our pump burned up and needed to be replaced. We were heading into the Memorial Day weekend and were in a panic. Everyone we called told us they couldn’t do anything until June 1st. Rob called us back the same day and made a special trip to assess the damage. He gave us an estimate (very fair) and worked us into his busy schedule to install the new pump. Can’t say enough about the quality of his work, his knowledge and his willingness to help. Great service!! We are relieved and grateful. Thank you Rob...highly recommend!!

I called American Swimming Pools on Wednesday, explaining the problem I was having with my parents pool pump. On Thursday morning a representative called to set up an appointment for next week. I explained to him my issue and needed the repair done this week, if at all possible, because my parents were hosting a celebration for Greek Orthodox Easter on Sunday and wanted the pool open so the grandchildren could enjoy it. Within two hours the technician was there, repaired it and was on his way. The charge was nominal to my pleasant surprise. I would recommend these guys to all in pool service need. Thank you to ASP for taking care of my parents needs and pool issues.

I have owned a pool for 9 years. During that time we have tried 3 other pool service companies, all whose quality and service was subpar. We were thrilled to find ASP, Will Stanley and our service technician, Derek, who have done a tremendous job with our pool. We changed from chlorine to salt and have experienced NONE of the problems we were having before. They are timely, professional and thorough. They diagnose problems quickly and efficiently. Their repair costs are reasonable and they back their work. I highly recommend ASP to anyone with a pool as the best pool service company in the Charlotte area.

My neighbor’s pool pump went bad and was making a terrible racket, and after my many attempts to get them to eliminate the noise and vibrations over many months, they finally told me that if I wanted to, I could try to find someone to look at it. I called Will Stanley one Monday afternoon about 2 pm. By 3 pm Will and I were standing in my neighbor’s backyard looking at the pump. Will diagnosed the pump as having bad bearings. By 3 o’clock the next day, Will’s technician had installed a new, very quiet, and very low energy use pump. Problem solved! I don’t have a pool, but would certainly recommend ASP to anyone who has one.

As a new customer of ASP (they just bought out the pool servicing company I had been with for several years) I was concerned that I would continue getting the same great service as before. Happily, they have made the changeover absolutely seamless! In addition, they have greatly improved customer/company communications, transparency, and responsiveness. A recent problem with a leaking gasket on my pool pump further underscores my initial very positive impressions of ASP. I called them. They responded quickly with a service appointment for the next day. They kept me informed by e-mail. Arrived on time; fixed the problem; and followed up later to make sure it was all okay!
