I called American Swimming Pools on Wednesday, explaining the problem I was having with my parents pool pump. On Thursday morning a representative called to set up an appointment for next week. I explained to him my issue and needed the repair done this week, if at all possible, because my parents were hosting a celebration for Greek Orthodox Easter on Sunday and wanted the pool open so the grandchildren could enjoy it. Within two hours the technician was there, repaired it and was on his way. The charge was nominal to my pleasant surprise. I would recommend these guys to all in pool service need. Thank you to ASP for taking care of my parents needs and pool issues.

I have owned a pool for 9 years. During that time we have tried 3 other pool service companies, all whose quality and service was subpar. We were thrilled to find ASP, Will Stanley and our service technician, Derek, who have done a tremendous job with our pool. We changed from chlorine to salt and have experienced NONE of the problems we were having before. They are timely, professional and thorough. They diagnose problems quickly and efficiently. My neighbor’s pool pump went bad and was making a terrible racket, and after my many attempts to get them to eliminate the noise and vibrations over many months, they finally told me that if I wanted to, I could try to find someone to look at it. I called Will Stanley one Monday afternoon about 2 pm. By 3 pm Will and I were standing in my neighbor’s backyard looking at the pump. Will diagnosed the pump as having bad bearings. By 3 o’clock the next day, Will’s technician had installed a new, very quiet, and very low energy use pump. Problem solved! I don’t have a pool, but would certainly recommend ASP to anyone who has one.

As a new customer of ASP (they just bought out the pool servicing company I had been with for several years) I was concerned that I would continue getting the same great service as before. Happily, they have made the changeover absolutely seamless! In addition, they have greatly improved customer/company communications, transparency, and responsiveness.
