We have used ASP for more than six years, and they have always been very responsive to all issues we have had. Their staff is very professional, helpful, and pleasant. They have done an excellent job keeping our pool maintained year round. In 2022, they replaced our pool liner and installed a new filter. Our pool has never looked better! We highly recommend them.

I love this service! A neighbor used them for pool cleaning and I admired their clean pool. What a value! I get a report emailed - complete with pictures of my clean pool and all of the work they do each time they visit. I'm very happy with my service and their professional response to my questions. The owner even worked to switch the day of my cleaning to better fit our schedule. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to enjoy their summer instead of wrestling with cleaning and chemicals. This is our third summer with ASP.

We also have special needs when it comes to servicing the pool such as calling prior to servicing the pool and not coming in the AM timeframe. Very happy with the excellent service we are receiving. As a property manager, I don’t always get to see the day to day condition of the pool so it’s important to get feedback from the contractor and that’s what I get from ASP. Service calls are promptly returned and follow-ups are made. They have great attention to detail and I just love this company.

ASP is unlike any other pool company in town. Highly impressed. We used ASP for the first time this Spring for our pool opening. Most pool companies in the Virginia Beach area (we have used 5) will charge the same amount as ASP but only take the cover off, add a few chemicals, get the pumps and filter running and then leave within less than an hour. This leads to trouble with filter clogging and can cause considerable damage. ASP is a full-service pool company that actually cleans your pool (several times!) and comes back multiple times to get the salt (if applicable) and water just right. All for the same price as the other guys. We will use them again. We need more pool service companies like this for residents. Reasonable prices and great service.

ASP Pool Company has been wonderful in working with me! I have several rentals I manage with pools and have been looking for a new pool company to handle them. They were able to open one of the pools that were closed very late into the season and get it ready for swimming in a week. There was some confusion about billing and they worked with myself and the owner to get paid. Every time they go out they send a detailed statement to me on what they did with a snapshot of the pool. This company is very thorough and meticulous. I am looking forward to the day they run all of my pools!
