Thank you, Graham and ASP! I’m so thankful to have found such a fantastic company that goes above and beyond for their clients! I had my pool built by a local pool contractor that was just terrible. After 11 months of shotty work and unfulfilled promises, I was lucky to find ASP. Graham fixed and completed the work that was needed from the original pool company within days. Since then, ASP has gone over and above making sure my family is happy with the results. He got involved and made things right! I’m a client for life. Companies like this are hard to find. If you have any hesitations feel free to call me as I don’t give many reviews, but ASP deserves to be well known in our community.

Don’t look anywhere else and hire these guys. They are responsive (the owner answers when you call and is tech-savvy- able to text and email). They are detail-oriented and know what they are doing (they come on consistent days weekly and email a report after each visit). Our pool equipment is backward, inside out and mislabeled & during our first cleaning they called in two extra guys, including the owner, to help sort out the mess we moved into- for no cost. They are beyond helpful and take the time to “figure it out” instead of slapping a band-aid on things. To top it off they explain things thoroughly and are quite pleasant.

They are extremely thorough with everything they do and actually take the time to explain everything. The reports that they customize for the property are amazing and I don’t know of anyone else that will do this on a weekly basis. Graham has gone out of his way to squeeze me in to his busy schedule and always thinks about the client. One time we were all looking for extra pool tiles at a pool inspection and he even climbed up into the Attic of the home and found them! That right there shows you how much he will go out of his way for you! Trust no one else when it comes to your pool. He is the first company I tell my clients about every single time!

First Class or Coach? You can likely choose any pool service as there are hundreds here, but if you want FIRST CLASS all the way Graham and his team are the BEST! Doesn’t hurt he’s got a killer British Accent. In all seriousness when we first bought the home we knew nothing about the pool and the last service left a cap off the vacuum line and our little one got her hand caught. Scared all of us and we were afraid to use the pool until it was inspected. Thankfully I found Graham’s company online and he took care of everything. Did a full inspection, made sure it was safe for kids, and everything since has been perfect. Bottom line, you can choose coach if you like, but Graham is FIRST CLASS all the way.

Graham is terrific. Hands down, the best. A consistent, courteous, thorough communicator and always prompt. With each visit, he sends you a detailed analysis of your pool chemicals, so you know exactly how things are, just as you know exactly when he has serviced your pool. For us, he has attacked a few things we wanted to be addressed on our large pool/spa that prior pool guys simply ignored. He is honest. If something can be fixed, he will tell you. (In my experience, some pool technicians will only tell you to replace things, when in fact a simple fix can do the job perfectly and save you lots of money. Graham’s the kind of guy who will detail the options for you, so you can make the right decision for your family). He’s also so kind and pleasant. Truly a pleasure to have him working at our home once a week. I could not recommend him more highly!

Graham and his team were awesome, on time, knowledgeable and he treated my pool like it was his. So impressed that I signed him up to take care of our pool on a monthly basis. Prices were very good and his attention to detail was the best I have encountered. He replaced all of our equipment, oversaw the repairs to our tile, as well as performed an acid wash. There are a lot of pool services in our area, but I am a happy customer of ASP (nearly a year now.) Our pool is always taken care of with comprehensive service including chemistry, debris removal, brushing off the sides, vacuuming when needed, all in a prompt, professional, friendly manner. Graham, the proprietor/owner is very knowledgeable and gives me answers to any of my questions giving good suggestions and advice on maintaining my “gin clear” pool water. After each visit, I am sent via email a detailed report on my chemistry and what chemicals, if any, were added and a picture of the serviced pool. They are dedicated to their customers and service. I cannot recommend ASP more highly. You will not be disappointed.
