​​​​​​Recently I had a blow out in my old pool liner. A huge hole that could not be patched. I called Bram at ASP and he came over right away. Indeed I would need a new liner. He quoted me a fair price, helped me pick out a new liner and put his team to work right away. The whole crew was friendly and easy to be around. We had some problems dealing with the steps in the pool, meant that they would have to drain and adjust liner. It took some work but these guys were pro’s and kept at it until it was correct. Looks beautiful today, weeks later, and no problems. Not a penny over what I was quoted. They even took care of the portion of water bill because of extra draining. I would recommend ASP pools to anyone needing help. A year back they replaced my pool filtering system with the same prompt and courteous attention. Any problems in the future that might arise. Guess who I’m going to call. The good folks at ASP.

Honest and reliable, here every week as promised. When we started our chemicals were all out of wack…..it took a few weeks and a couple of different treatments to get the extra minerals out of the pool. While we wanted our pool perfect instantly, we had to wait through each treatment, not through their fault just part of the process. They got back with us every time we had a question or problem. Now the pool looks perfect, would recommend them to anyone looking for pool service or repairs.

"10 year old pool back to looking BRAND NEW"

I just have to take a minute to tell you how thoroughly pleased I am with ASP Ocala. Here’s a short story attached. My pool is approaching ten years old. My pool started showing some serious signs I thought was age. Staining, constant algae blooms etc. My “former” Pool service company advised me it was time to resurface because the extensive discoloration and staining was due to age. So, in my search to find a company to resurface my pool, I called ASP/Ocala. ASP came out, gave me the requested resurface quote, but also suggested the problem I was experiencing may be due to lack of proper maintenance. I was skeptical because I was already paying a professional service for years. After short consideration, I took them up on their suggestion. What could it hurt? This option is WAY less expensive that a total resurface job. It’s more than a year later now and I’m so please to write this review to tell you that My Pool looks fantastic. Cory my assigned pool tech has brought this 10 year old pool back to looking BRAND NEW. I’m blown away with the result, the honesty and integrity of this company and most importantly CORY and his outstanding care of my pool. I can’t tell you how wonderful this company is to work with. When I called for a quote, Bram, the owner, answered my call and came to meet me within days. He helped me pick out everything I wanted as I was having my entire pool redone, the inside and the pool deck and all the tile of course. He was not pushy at all. He gave me lots of great suggestions and advice. His total price was more than fair and they were scheduled to start work in early January and he called me in mid-December and asked if it was ok to start early. I said yes of course. The guys came two days later and were there at 7:00am each day including the weekend. I was amazed at the crew he had, all good hard workers that got the job done in a very timely manner and a wonderful job they did. I wish I could find those kind of workers for everything I have done on my house. I have hired them to take care of my pool weekly and only wish I had known about them sooner, I have been cleaning my own pool for over 20 years and the money and time I would have saved if only I knew about them. My pool looks absolutely wonderful, can’t wait for it to warm up so I can swim in it. Looks like a very nice resort pool now, can’t wait to share it with my friends and family in about another two months. Thank you Bram and your team!

Came home to a unexpected green pool after a long weekend away. Chlorine generator wasn’t working! Yikes ! My husband called ASP in Ocala. Received a immediate call back from Brahm. Next morning, employee of ASP arrived and resolved the green pool immediately and diagnosised the problem with the generator. Parts obtained quickly and couldn’t be happier.
