He is respectful and always makes my pool shine and sparkle. Any issues I may see with my pool system he is always on top of it checking it out. I wouldn't trust any other service except them. As the property manager for 15 years for the Windmill Hill Homeowners Association in Waco, I'm responsible for monitoring the pool services provided for our 50,000 gallon private (commercial) swimming pool. Our assigned professional from ASP of Central Texas, Sean, is truly the best technician we've ever had. Sean is professionally competent and always attentive to every important detail for the good health of our pool. He also has great customer service skills, as he always makes contact with me on his twice-weekly visits; and he always reviews the status of the pool, any actions needed, and his plan to keep the pool's chemicals and physical attributes in top-notch condition. Because of Sean's close attention to the needs of our pool, backed up by Michael's management from Salado's headquarters, I never have any worries about the swimability and attractiveness of the pool. I receive nothing but positive responses from our 225+ homeowners about all aspects of the pool and its service maintenance. Sean and ASP of Central Texas make my job easy and help me look good to the Association's Board of Directors. What more could a property manager ask for? Nothing. Enough said...
